lol......1st dae of npap feel lyk wanna kill myself...hentak kaki till boot all go out of shape, no baton so left hand quite tireing, timing oso change, nid help other ppl, missed e bus (along wif azfar), n a load of stuff happened.....sad....

arrive home all drop dead....shoulders aching (heavy bag), leg aching and back oso....thank god dat the sir nvr pump us....

nvm...muz work hard...ltr get promotion...frm LCP ------->CPL!!!!-fruit of labour.... hahaz lol.... :)
